A not-so-funny situation for Marlon Wayans and his famously comedic family -- cops say his L.A.-area crib is the latest target of burglars.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Marlon wasn't home, but his brother Keenen Ivory Wayans was around 2:30 AM last Saturday when 2 brazen thieves hit the house.

We're told they snuck into his backyard, shattered a back window and entered the house.

Diddy is moving on, President Biden may be doing the same when it comes to the White House, and Magic Johnson looks like he wants to move to Europe ... all this on today's TMZ TV Hot Takes.

Diddy is ready to pack up and leave L.A., because we've learned he is trying to sell his Holmby Hills mansion for a hefty, hefty price.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the embattled rap mogul is trying to sell the house off market, for way more than he paid. Diddy plunked down $40 mil for the house back in 2014, and we're told he wants around $70 mil now. Our sources say that's a real stretch.

The house has some recent really bad memories. As we reported, Homeland Security raided the mansion in March, and ransacked the place as agents tore out electronics and other items ... pursuant to a search for evidence of human trafficking and other crimes.

Randall Cobb's house was engulfed in flames this week, and now the veteran NFL wide receiver is sharing video of the damage, with the longtime pro saying he feared his vehicles were going to blow up!

The 33-year-old former Packers star explained what happened at his Tennessee estate ... where he, his wife Aiyda, and their three kids were at home at the time of the incident.

A Los Angeles-area home belonging to NBA guard Talen Horton-Tucker was broken into earlier this week ... and law enforcement sources tell TMZ Sports cops believe the suspect made off with $170,000 in jewelry.

We're told the break-in -- or at least part of it -- was actually captured on camera ... showing the thief entering the property by jumping over a back fence -- before leaving out of one of the residence's side yards.

Thankfully, our sources say no one was home at the time of the burglary -- as Horton-Tucker was not in town. We're told it was a house sitter who discovered it and reported it to police.

James Jannard -- the billionaire who's behind the iconic sunglasses and apparel brand -- just unloaded a mansion he's owned in Malibu for the past 22 years ... and he scored a massive profit,' cause he sold it for a whopping $210 million ... this according to the L.A. Times.

The outlet reports Jannard sold the 9.5-acre oceanfront compound to a Delaware LLC -- and that it was done quietly ... 'cause the property never technically hit the market. BTW ... JJ bought this home way back in '02 for a mere $31 mil. So, yeah .... a $179 million windfall.
