A not-so-funny situation for Marlon Wayans and his famously comedic family -- cops say his L.A.-area crib is the latest target of burglars.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Marlon wasn't home, but his brother Keenen Ivory Wayans was around 2:30 AM last Saturday when 2 brazen thieves hit the house.

We're told they snuck into his backyard, shattered a back window and entered the house.

Diddy is ready to pack up and leave L.A., because we've learned he is trying to sell his Holmby Hills mansion for a hefty, hefty price.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the embattled rap mogul is trying to sell the house off market, for way more than he paid. Diddy plunked down $40 mil for the house back in 2014, and we're told he wants around $70 mil now. Our sources say that's a real stretch.

The house has some recent really bad memories. As we reported, Homeland Security raided the mansion in March, and ransacked the place as agents tore out electronics and other items ... pursuant to a search for evidence of human trafficking and other crimes.

Residents at a Santa Monica apartment building are telling the naked truth about a neighbor ... claiming he regularly walks in the nude -- and terrifies them.

Several people living in the West L.A. apartment spoke with KTLA about a male resident's behavior ... claiming he stalks the building butt naked while also hurling obscenities and racial epithets at his neighbors.

Among the laundry list of complaints ... residents say not only does the dude walk nude -- he's also known for pooping in the building's parking garage and trashing his apartment, with one woman claiming she's often seen him throw objects out his windows.

NBA veteran Cameron Payne was placed in handcuffs and thrown behind bars last month because he repeatedly refused to give officers his real name during a police investigation after he dialed 911 ... at least, that's what cops are saying.

According to a Scottsdale Police Department incident report, obtained by TMZ Sports, Payne called cops at around 2:44 AM on June 14 after getting into an argument with his girlfriend in Arizona.

But, cops say when officers arrived on the scene, he and his GF told them police services were no longer desired ... as their quarrel was merely a verbal one, and they had calmed down since.

Kevin Dillon's Tesla apparently took an unplanned pit stop mid-carwash ... and cops say it caused a rear-end ripple effect for some unlucky cars in line behind him.

The incident went down last Monday at an L.A.-area drive-thru car wash ... where cars are typically left in neutral as they go through the wash. But, in Kevin's case, we're told he accidentally lifted up from his seat, which triggered the brakes ... bringing his car to an unexpected halt.

Our sources say this sparked a fender bender with the 3 cars behind him. Thankfully, we're told the damage was minimal.

Katie Thurston's revealing a traumatic incident to the world ... telling fans she was raped and the justice system has failed her.

The "Bachelorette" -- who starred on Season 17 of the show -- broke the news in an Instagram post Friday where she shared parts of her story alongside a list of resources for others who have experienced sexual assault and rape.

Thurston says she's not ready to dive into specific details, but she explains she called 911 to report the incident ... and, an officer took her to receive a sexual assault forensic exam.

A 13-year-old boy apparently brandishing a gun was shot to death by police in New York – and the violence was all caught on video.

The footage opened with three cops running down a street after the teen in the upstate city of Utica on Friday night.

The officers caught up to the boy and wrestled him to the ground in a residential area. A cop can be seen standing over the boy outside a house and punching him as he lay on the front lawn. There was a brief scuffle before one of the officers fired a bullet into the youth.

A security guard in Texas quit his job live on-air after his manager scolded him for being in uniform while he was telling local TV crews about being assaulted on duty.

Percy Payne was doing an interview with FOX 7 Austin when his manager came up and told him he was breaking company policy. The two argued until Percy abruptly turned in his uniform and quit on the spot.

The reason Percy was talking to the news station ... he's got surveillance video showing what he claims is him being assaulted by two men at the parking garage he protects.

Zedd says a woman he's never met is impersonating him and showing up at his home demanding to speak with him ... and now he's running to a judge for help.

The DJ beelined it to court Thursday and filed for a temporary restraining order against a woman named Rezwan Senobarian, who he claims is harassing him and his staff.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Zedd claims Rezwan falsely impersonated him by phone and email to numerous people, and he says she came to his Encino home multiple times this week, acting erratically and demanding to talk to him.

Travis Scott could have avoided his arrest in Miami last week if he hadn't left some stuff behind on the yacht where the incident went down ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the rapper had been driven away from the yacht, when he told his driver to go back to the marina early last Thursday morning.

We're told Travis realized he'd left his bag and phone on the yacht, and banged a u-turn to retrieve the items.

Julio Foolio -- an up-and-coming rapper from Florida -- has died in a shooting outside a Tampa-area hotel ... TMZ has confirmed.

His attorney Lewis Fusco released a statement announcing the death Sunday, just hours after his client passed. According to the statement ... Julio -- whose real name was Charles Jones -- was in town to celebrate his birthday.

While he was staying at an AirBnb at first ... Fusco cites law enforcement reports which say he was kicked out of his accommodations for exceeding the maximum occupancy and checked in to a local Holiday Inn.
